Refund policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, cassette, software, or video game that has been opened
  • Item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are not refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us via email. The return address will be provided after your request is approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
